Finch Career Services was founded in 2021 and we have accomplished so much in such a short time frame. We have grown and created an impressive network of top talented professionals, in the candidate and client space alike.
Dominique Zackey the founder and owner was inspired to start this company out of passion and empathy to help candidates successfully navigate the job market, and to support companies nation-wide, uncover talent they never knew existed.
As a small business we specialize in permanent and contract positions, across all industries, on a nation-wide basis. Our clients range from financial services, FMCG, manufacturing, telecoms, security, renewable resources, aviation, and construction. We place all levels of seniority and manage the careers of top professionals in the industry.
