This role is suited to anyone who works well within a high-pressured, fast-paced environment and is looking for an opportunity to act as 2IC to the Sales Manager.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Managing and co-ordinating sales flow
- Ensuring orders and quotes are updated
- Handle any client queries quickly and effectively
- Assist the team in meeting sales quota
- Train, lead and manage a team of seven sales staff
- Work side-by-side with the sales manager
- Business development and increase sales

- Completed matric

- Completed BCom degree in Finance or Accounting
- Must come from a financial services or banking environment

- Provide technical support to the maintenance team and site control systems
- Maintain systems documentation
- Assess risk of task execution and ensure mitigations are in place
- Implement and control improvement process, policies and projects on equipment and infrastructure
- Root cause failure analysis
- Evaluate plant capacity and equipment performance for best practice
- Software development and production dashboard development
- Processing data for presentation of KPI’s
- Assist with the implementation of manufacturing systems
- Technical fault finding and FMEA
NON-NEGOTIABLES:
The ideal candidate needs to have the following non-negotiables:
- 5 years’ experience as a Systems Engineer
- Completed BSc / BTech in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering

- Experience with Siemens PLC systems
